WE NOW SHIP WITH AUSPOST.

DUE TO SO MANY THEFTS FROM DOOR STEPS AND MISSING PARCELS, WE NOW REQUIRE YOU TO SIGN ON DELIVERY.  IF YOU ARE HAPPY TO HAVE IT LEFT ON YOUR DOOR STEP WITHOUT A SIGNATURE, PLEASE TELL US IN THE NOTES SECTION, BUT BEWARE THAT BY DOING THIS YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY MISSING PARCELS.

Also please note that if you choose EXPRESS SHIPPING. It does not guarantee a quick despatch from the warehouse. It only ensures that once AusPost have collected your parcel, you will get priority shipping with them.

We may have certain delays on items due to them being out of stock.  Thank you for your understanding.

Our shipping rates are as follows: Standard Shipping per order $12.90 and Express Shipping per order is $21.50.

Some larger items such as easels or large canvases and art boarts that are oversize can attract extra charges , If this is the case we will contact you first to let you know , we will at all times look at what you are ordering and try to cut down the cost of shipping for you .

NOTE : REMOTE AREAS, EG MOST OF NT AND NORTHEN WA , SOME OTHER OUTBACK TOWNS WILL REQUIRE EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU FALL UNDER THIS BANNER . WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD UP SHIPPING WHILE WE CONTACT YOU REGARDING THE EXTRA COST THAT COULD OCCUR .

All orders we attempt to have it shipped on the next working day. Noting that some stock can run low if we have an unusual run of orders on it, so PLEASE ALLOW 10 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME  If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email.

OUT OF STOCK: means just that, it is out and awaiting new stock to arrive please send an email to find out approx time frame of restock before ordering.

PRE ORDER : means that it is usually a large or hard item to hold stock of, and we will special order it for you this will take 10 buisness days to get to you , so if you have one pree order item in the basket along with other items it will hold up the sending of all items

IN STOCK : means that we believe it to be in stock at time of ordering and should be dispatched next day

NOTE :: that as we do have over 2000 items and send out 50 plus orders every day, sometimes items go out of stock faster than we can replace or update the status on the website , PLEASE understand that sometime we get an unusual run on one particular item and sell out many in a day so stock can run down faster than we can replenish, in this case the order will be held untill new stock arrives, then the order will be sent asap , also understand we use the fastest or most efficient courier to your area. We use AusPost as our main courier, once it leaves us sometimes couriers have issues and run late or miss pick up or drop off times , noting we are in Victoria so deliveries to Perth etc can take several days it is 4 solid days of driving for a truck just to cross the pond or go far north etc , so  for all these reasons please allow 10 – 12 buisness days for delivery , we always try for the best of next day dispatch and timely travel to your destination we usually will have an average 5 days from order to delivery in normal . If it is going to be any longer than 12 days for whatever reason we will contact you to let you know.

ALL DELIVERIES WILL BE LEFT AT THE FRONT DOOR AT YOUR RISK , IF THIS DOES NOT SUIT YOU WILL NEED TO PUT  IT IN THE NOTES FOR ANY OTHER ARRANGMENTS YOU MAY WANT NOTING THAT IT COULD HOLD UP DELIVERY . ALL ITEMS ARE LEFT AT YOUR RISK MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS HOME TO TAKE DELIVERY .

Refund and Returns

We do not accept returns unless there is a shipping item error on our behalf.

All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in a unused and saleable condition.
